摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸、冲击、点腐蚀试验等方法,研究了双相不锈钢750℃敏化处理48 h后在5~50 min不同时间再次固溶处理对双相不锈钢晶粒形态和尺寸、拉伸性能、冲击韧性和耐点蚀性能的影响。结果表明:再次固溶处理可消除双相不锈钢中析出的σ相,同时晶粒尺寸与原材料相比得到明显细化,但随着再次固溶时间的延长,细小晶粒减少,平均晶粒直径有所增大;σ相完全消除后的双相不锈钢,相比原材料,其抗拉强度和冲击韧性有所增加,塑性有所降低;且随再次固溶时间的延长,强度持续增加,塑性和冲击韧性均呈先增加后降低的趋势,再次固溶时间为35 min时,塑性最佳;固溶时间为20 min时,冲击韧性最佳,且此时腐蚀率比原材料还要低,此后随固溶时间增大均呈现了良好的耐蚀性。
By means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, tensile test, impact test and pitting corrosion test, the effects of re-solution treatment at different time for 5-50 min on the morphology, size, tensile properties,impact toughness and pitting resistance of the dual phase stainless steel after 48 h sensitization treatment at 750 ℃ were studied. The results show that, the σ phase precipitated in duplex stainless steel can be eliminated by resolution treatment. At the same time, the grain size is obviously refined compared with that of raw material. However, with the prolongation of the resolution time, the fine grains decrease and the average grain diameter increases. When the σ phase is completely eliminated,the tensile strength and impact toughness of the duplex stainless steel are increased, the plasticity is decreased compared with the raw material and, with that of the prolongation of the resolution time, the strength increases continuously, and the plasticity and impact toughness increase first and then decrease. When the resolution time is 35 min, the plasticity is the best. When the solution time is 20 min, the impact toughness is the best, and the corrosion rate is lower than that of the raw material. Since then, with the increase of the solution time, it shows good corrosion resistance.
