摘要
为减小大阳煤矿分公司3405工作面运输顺槽巷道不受邻近的3404回采工作面回采后的采动压力影响,对邻近3405运输顺槽的3404运输顺槽进行了爆破切割顶板,根据现场的实际情况,通过计算确定了切顶卸压爆破的技术参数和工艺。现场试验结果表明,顶板离层量和巷道收敛量均控制在30 mm之内,有效减小了运输顺槽的变形量。可见,对3404工作面运输巷进行的深孔爆破切顶措施对相邻的3405运输顺槽巷道起到了良好的卸压效果。
In order to reduce the influence of the mining pressure on the 3405 working face in Dayang Coal Mine Branch Company, the blast cutting method is carried out in the adjacent 3404 belt roadway. The technical parameters and process of the roof-cutting and pressure relief were determined based on the on-site situation.The field test results show that the amount of roof separation and roadway convergence are controlled within 30 mm, which effectively reduces the rate of deformation of the roadway. Deep hole blasting roof-cutting and pressure relief in 3404 working face roadway have shown good effect.
