“一带一路”国家间金融合作的规则供给与规则体系构建

摘要
中国应承担起"一带一路"国家间金融合作规则的积极提供者和规则体系的开放性建构者的大国责任。"一带一路"国家间金融合作的规则及规则体系具有不同类型与表现形式,共商性、共享性、开放性、包容性与创新性应该成为规则供给与规则体系构建的努力方向。推动沿线各国贸易投资一体化并共同构建贸易共同体、金融共同体、责任共同体、利益共同体、规则共同体与命运共同体应该成为中国推动"一带一路"建设与金融合作规则体系构建的最终目标。中国需要充分估计可能面临的挑战与风险并制定各种应对措施。
China should take the big country's responsibility as positive provider for ruler system of the fi.nancial cooperation among the Belt and Road countries. The rule system for the financial cooperation among the Belt and Road countries shows different types and forms, and the consulting, sharing, openness, inclusive.ness and innovation should be the main directions for building this ruler system. To promote the trade and in.vestment integration, and jointly build trade community, financial community, responsibility community, bene.fit community, ruler community and shared future community should be the ultimate goals of promoting the con.struction of financial cooperation rule system among the Belt and Road countries. China needs to fully assess the challenges and risks and gives related solutions.
