中国—东盟高等教育合作机制思考

摘要
中国—东盟高等教育合作经过双方共同努力,取得了不少成绩,但也存在一些不足。建立中国—东盟科学合理的高等教育合作机制,可以促进高等教育国际化,形成中国和东盟国家高等教育互利共赢的格局。中国和东盟国家的高等教育可以通过政府创造合作条件支持合作,非政府组织创造高校间合作机会,通过双方师生交流夯实合作基础,学校积极探索科研及教学合作方式,各相关主体促进产学合作,利用"一带一路"契机开展多方合作等机制来推进合作。
Through the joint efforts of both sides, China-ASEAN higher education cooperation has made a lot of achievements, but there are also some shortcomings. Establishing a scientific and reasonable higher education cooperation mechanism between China and ASEAN can promote the internationalization of higher education and form a win-win situation of higher education between China and ASEAN countries. Higher education between China and ASEAN can be promoted through the government creation of cooperation conditions to support cooperation, non-governmental organizations to create opportunities for cooperation among colleges and universities so as to consolidate cooperation bases through exchanges between teachers and students from both sides, actively explore ways of cooperation in research and teaching, promote industrial and technological cooperation among all relevant entities, and carry out cooperation by means of the "Belt and Road" to carry out multilateral cooperation.
