智能矿井“一网一站”通信技术集成与应用研究

摘要
如果矿井的有线通信、无线通信、广播通信、视频等系统技术架构部不统一,业务功能不能统筹,容易造成通信上的信息孤岛。通过对IP通信技术、NGN技术、环网聚合技术的深入研究,采用软硬件相结合的方式进行全新设计,提出了"一网一站"的设计,"一网":井下工业以太网;"一站":集成了人员定位、3G无线通信、IP广播、传感器、视频监控。该技术研制成功后,在上湾矿投入应用。研究与实践结果表明:"一网一站"符合煤矿智能化发展使用要求,经济性较好、产品运行可靠、方便维护管理。
        If the cable communication,wireless communication,broadcast communication,video and other system technical framework and the department of coal mine is not unified,business functions can not be integrated,easy to cause communication on the island of information. Through in-depth study of the IP communication technology,NGN technology,ring polymerization technology,combined with hardware and software, " one net one station" communication technology was designed,one network: underground industrial Ethernet;one station,which includes station integrated personnel positioning,3G wireless communication,broadcast,sensor,IP video surveillance.The above technology was applied into practice in Shangwan Coal Mine. The research and practice results showed that, " one network and one station" can fulfil the demands of the intelligent development of coal mine,and is economical,reliable and convenient to maintain and manage.
