根管治疗中应用镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术应用在根管治疗中的价值。方法选择91例(患牙123颗)根管治疗的患者进行分组研究,接受传统预备、充填患者30例作为对照组,接受镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术处理患者61例作为观察组,比较两组效果。结果观察组根管充填时间更短,根管充填三维密实度率、根管充填长度恰填率及治疗成功率均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根管治疗中应用镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术可提高治疗效果,有不错的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of nickel-titanium preparation and hot tooth filling technology in root canal therapy.Methods A total of 91 patients(123 teeth with root canal) were selected for group study. Thirty patients receiving traditional preparation and filling were used as control group, and 61 patients receiving nickel-titanium preparation and hot-toothed filling technique were used as observation group. Compare the two groups of effects. Results The filling time of root canal was shorter in the observation group. The three-dimensional compactness rate of root canal filling, the filling rate of root canal filling length and the success rate of treatment were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nickel-titanium preparation and hot tooth-filling technology in root canal treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and has a good application value.
