锅炉燃烧控制在中储与直吹制粉系统中的优化研究

摘要
通过对中储式制粉系统锅炉燃烧控制方案与直吹式制粉系统锅炉燃烧控制方案的对比分析,分析中储式与直吹式制粉系统的燃烧控制方案的特点,指出在不同的燃烧控制方案中存在的优点与不足。针对燃烧控制方案中存在的经济运行问题与危及机组安全稳定运行的影响因素,提出锅炉燃烧控制在中储与直吹制粉系统中的优化方案。经工程实际验证,此优化方案具有有效性。
        Through the comparison and analysis of the boiler combustion control schemes of the medium storage pulverizing system and the direct firing pulverizing system, the characteristics of the combustion control schemes of the two pulverizing systems are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different combustion control schemes are pointed out. In view of the economic operation problems existing in the combustion control scheme and the influencing factors endangering the safe and stable operation of the unit, the optimization scheme the optimization scheme of boiler combustion control in medium storage and direct firing pulverizing system is put forward. The engineering practice proves that the optimization scheme is effective.
