摘要
为保证半自动输弹机卡膛一致性、提高火炮装填精度,考虑弹丸卡膛过程的卡膛初速度、弹丸卡膛阻力等方面的因素,建立弹丸卡膛的动力学模型,定量分析卡膛速度、弹丸的卡膛阻力、弹带的挤压变形、阻尼系数等对弹丸卡膛一致性的影响,并进行试验验证。结果表明:不同卡膛初速下,弹丸的卡膛时间基本保持一致,卡膛位移随卡膛初速的增加而增大;试验结果验证了理论计算的正确性,得到弹丸卡膛位移与卡膛力的关系,以及最优的卡膛初速度范围;很好地解决某输弹机卡膛一致性的问题。
To quarantee the consistency of bayonet-chamber of semi-automatic rammer,and improve gun's loading precision,the dynamic model was established in consideration of the initial velocity,resistance and other factors in the process of bayonetchamber of projectile. The effects of initial velocity,the extrusion deformation of bearing band,damping coefficient on the cosistency were analyzed using quantitative methods. Verification test was done. The calculation results indicate that at the different initial velocity,the bayonet-chamber time is basically consistent,and the displacement of bayonet-chamber increases with the increase of initial velocity. The trials results verify the correctness of calculation,and the relationship of displacement with force and the optimal range of initial speed is obtained. The problem of the consistency of bayonet-chamber is solved.
