摘要
电视广告的播出收费是电视台重要的收入来源之一,同时也是广告商比例很大的一部分宣传消费支出,因此广告是否按所要求的时间、长度准确播出,对双方都很重要。为公正起见,广告的播出情况监控和统计需要一个第三方监测系统。本文介绍的系统可为电视台广告的播出时间、时长、帧数等重要数据计算提供公正的记录,及时监测电视台播出视频,并对出现的广告与已知广告商广告进行匹配。
        Today, the charge of TV advertisement is one of the important sources of income for TV stations. At the same time, for advertisers, it stands in a large proportion in the propaganda consumption, so they pay close attention to whether the advertisement is played accurately at the required time and with accurate length without omission. Moreover, TV stations need to prove that their advertising plan has been completed without accidents. For the sake of both sides' fairness, the monitoring and statistics of advertisement broadcasting need to be monitored by a third-party, which mainly provides a fair record for the calculation of important data such as the advertisement time, length and frame quantity of TV advertisements. It monitors the video played by TV stations in time, and matches the appearing advertisements with the advertisers' advertisements. This paper expounds the function and system structure of TV advertisement monitoring system including several modules and the main technologies used in each module.
