Berg量表在养老机构中的应用

摘要
目的运用老年人健康档案中生理、心理、药物、病理、居住环境和社会环境等信息,结合berg量表,进行有效筛查,为有高危跌倒风险的老人提供适宜的康复方法,避免老人因下肢力量减弱,下肢协调能力差而引发的跌倒事件。方法应用《老年人健康档案》、《berg平衡功能量表》[1]对上海市属第一、第四社会福利院、松江仓桥敬老院,60岁及以上,生命体征平稳,能简单交流的老年人进行调查。资料统计采用SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果老年人所患疾病的多少是影响到老年人berg评分分数的原因之一,老人锻炼情况和berg量表的评分有密切的关系,每天坚持锻炼的老人平衡功能明显优于不坚持锻炼的老人[2]。老年人男性82人占总人数38.7%女性130占总人数61.3%,福利机构中有一种疾病及以上占88.7%,健康的未患有疾病的11.3%。30.2%的老人坚持每天锻炼,26.4%的老人不规律锻炼,43.4%老人不断炼。20%的老人berg评分<20,13.7%的老人berg评分21-40之间, 7%的老人berg评分41-45之间,59.3%老人berg评分46-56;结论养老机构中40.7%的老人有平衡功能障碍,即养老机构中有相当一部分老人处于跌倒的高危风险状态,如何提高老人的平衡功能,减少老人跌倒发生率,是养老机构必须要重视的问题。
Objective Use of health records in the elderly, psychology, medicine, pathology, living environment and social environment and other information,combined with Berg scale to get effective screening.To provide suitable rehabilitation methods for elderly people at risk of falling into high places and to prevent the elderly from falling down due to weakening lower extremities and poor coordination of the lower extremities.Methods Application "elderly health records", "berg balance function scale" to investigate the comprehensive health and influencing factors of the elderly with normal cognition, thinking and expression of 60 years old and above in the Shanghai Third,Forth Welfare homes,and Cangqiao Nursing home.Data statistics using SpSS 19.0 software analysis.Results The research shows,there is a close relationship between exercise and Berg scale in the elderly.The balance function of the elderly who exercise every day is obviously better than that of the elderly who do not insist on exercise.82 elderly men, accounting for 38.7% of the total number.130 women, accounting for 61.3% of the total.In the welfare House there is a disease and above accounted for 88.7%.11.3% of healthy people without the disease.30.2% of the elderly insist on daily exercise.26.4% of the elderly do not exercise regularly.43.4% of the elderly do not exercise.20% of the elderly berg score <20.13.7% of the elderly berg score between 21-40.7% of the elderly berg score between 41-45.9.3% of the elderly berg score between 46-56.Conclusion 40.7% of the elderly in the welfare institutions have dysfunction of balance, which is an important problem that the pension institution must pay attention to.
