摘要
目的:分析冠心病患者平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠状动脉(冠脉)病变严重程度的关系,并探讨其预测冠心病的截点值。方法:入选行冠脉造影术及生化指标检测的患者345例,探究MPV、PDW和RDW与冠心病的相关性,并分析上述3项指标与Gensini积分的关系,绘制预测冠心病的ROC曲线。结果:①冠心病组MPV、PDW及RDW水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01);②冠心病组MPV、PDW及RDW水平与冠脉Gensini积分呈正相关性;③多因素Logistic回归分析显示,MPV、PDW和RDW为冠心病发生的危险因素;④ROC曲线结果显示,MPV、PDW及RDW预测冠心病的截点值依次为9.53fl、12.12%及12.28%。结论:MPV、PDW及RDW水平与冠脉病变程度呈正相关,其预测冠脉病变程度具有一定的前景。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)and red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to explore the cut-off point for predicting CHD.Method:A total of 345 patients who underwent coronary angiography and biochemical detection were enrolled to investigate the correlation between MPV,PDW,RDW and CHD.The relationship between these three indicators and Gensini score was analyzed,and ROC analysis was performed to evaluate the predicting value of MPV,PDW and RDW for CHD.Result:①Levels of MPV,PDW and RDW in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.01).②There were positive correlations between MPV,PDW,RDW and Gensini score in CHD group.③Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that MPV,PDW and RDW were risk factors of CHD.④ROC analysis indicated that the cut-off points of MPV,PDW and RDW for predicting CHD were 9.53 fl,12.12%and 12.28%respectively.Conclusion:MPV,PDW and RDW are positively correlated with the severity of coronary lesion,which has a certain prospect in predicting the degree of coronary artery disease.
