摘要
角谱仪探测器支架采用304不锈钢进行焊接制造,变形是焊接中的主要问题。依据304不锈钢材料的化学及物理性能,分析了探测器支架材料的焊接性;选用高频脉冲钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)工艺方法,在焊接过程中采用小的焊接线能量、合理的焊接顺序,有效控制了焊缝金属和熔合区的过热现象;焊后采用快速水冷工艺方法,使σ相经400~850℃时来不及析出,有效解决了高温相变产生形变的问题。
The angle spectrometer detector bracket is welded with 304 stainless steel, and the deformation is the main problem in welding. According to the chemical and physical properties of 304 stainless steel, the weldability of the detector bracket material was analyzed. High frequency pulse GTAW process was adopted, and small welding line energy and reasonable welding sequences were used in the welding process to effectively control the overheating of weld metal and fusion zone. After welding, the rapid water cooling process was adopted, and the σ phase could not precipitate in the range of 400-850 ℃, which effectively solves the problem of deformation caused by the high temperature phase transition.
