摘要

中国盐业改革后,环境的变化对行业现状、市场现状和各类生产经营企业都产生了重大的影响。文章主要讨论了盐改后原盐市场和食盐市场的供求关系变化以及食盐安全、产业升级、盐品高端化的发展趋势及展望。
        After the salt reform in China,the changes in the environment will have a significant impact on the industry status,market status and various production and operation enterprises.This article mainly discussed the changes of supply and demand relationship between raw salt market and edible salt market after salt reform,and the development trend and prospect of salt safety,upgrading industries and high-grade salt products.
