摘要
目的探讨MRI配合3D-TOF MRA在急性基底动脉尖综合征诊断与预后评价中的价值。方法选取我院2012年1月至2016年10月间收治的130例疑似脑卒中患者作为本组研究对象,采用SIEMENS 1.5T MRI扫描仪对患者进行检查,采用Seldinger技术行全脑血管造影,观察患者椎-基底动脉系统血管异常情况。结果丘脑、中脑、脑桥、枕叶、基底节等处均可见病灶区;DSA影像学检查可见患者大脑后动脉、基底动脉等出现异常病灶;3D-TOF MRA(+)患者基底动脉尖的发生率显著高于非基底动脉尖(P<0.05)。结论采用MRI配合3D-TOF MRA对TOBS进行诊断及预后评价时具有较高的临床应用价值,3D-TOF MRA(+)患者则应密切观察其病情变化,提示其极可能发展为TOBS。
        Objective To investigate the value of MRI combined with 3D-TOF MRA in the diagnosis and prognosis of acute basilar artery syndrome.Methods 130 patients with suspected stroke in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study,using SIEMENS MRI scanner 1.5T were examined,using Seldinger technology for cerebral angiography,observation of patients with vertebrobasilar system vascular abnormalities.Results The thalamus,midbrain,pons,occipital lobe and basal ganglia were visible lesion;DSA imaging examination showed patients with posterior cerebral artery and basilar artery abnormal lesions;3D-TOF MRA(+)patients with basilar artery incidence was significantly higher than that of the basilar artery(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI combined with 3D-TOF MRA in the diagnosis and prognosis of TOBS has a high clinical value,3D-TOF MRA(+)patients should be closely observed the changes in their condition,suggesting that it is likely to develop TOBS.
