个性化沟通配合激励式心理护理对整形美容患者负性情绪与应对方式的影响

摘要
目的探讨个性化沟通配合激励式心理护理对整形美容患者负性情绪、应对方式的影响。方法选取我院收治的整形美容患者110例,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行个性化沟通配合激励式心理护理,采用评估量表进行评分,比较两组焦虑、抑郁状态与应对方式情况。结果干预后,两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均显著下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后,患者面对、乐观和寻求帮助分数明显高于干预前(P <0. 05),姑息、逃避、宣泄、自我依靠和宿命分数明显低于干预前(P <0. 05),观察组各分数改变程度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论个性化沟通配合激励式心理护理能明显降低整形美容患者负性情绪,从而采取积极的应对方式,有利于患者康复。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized communication combined with motivational psychological nursing on negative emotions and coping styles of plastic surgery patients. Methods To select 110 cases of plastic surgery patients who were treated in our hospital as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated by personalized communication combined with motivational psychological nursing. The evaluation scale was used to score both groups. The anxiety,depression status and coping style of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group decreased more than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). After the intervention,the patient's attitude of the disease,optimism and help seeking scores were significantly higher than that before the intervention( P <0. 05). The scores of palliative,evasive,catharsis,self-dependence and destiny were significantly lower than those before the intervention( P < 0. 05),and the scores improvement degree in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Personalized communication combined with motivational psychological nursing can reduce the negative emotions of plastic surgery patients significantly,thus making patients to adopt a positive coping style. It is also conducive to the rehabilitation of the patients.
