论运气学说与针灸治法及医案剖析

摘要
在中医诊疗体系中,运气学说具有一定的应用价值,针灸学作为一门临床学科,应注重运气学说的临床应用。由于胎孕期五运六气的相合变化,形成个体体质差异性,加之个体后天受不同天时气候和物候的影响,其脏腑的盛衰和罹患疾病的倾向性不尽相同。通过分析患者出生时及发病时的运气特点,按照运气-体质-脏腑-针灸的临证思维,以体质为中介,五脏为中心,从岁运、客气等角度将运气学说与针灸临床相结合,可以有效指导针灸治疗和疾病防治。
In the system of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the theory of Yunqi theory has a certain value. As a clinical subject, science of acupuncture should pay attention to clinical application of Yunqi theory. Due to the combination of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors changes during pregnancy, the differences of individual physical difference are formed. In addition, the human beings are influenced by climate and phenology at different days after birth. The rising and falling of zang-fu viscera, the tendency to suffer from diseases are different. Therefore, through analyzing the patient's characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at birth and onset, according to the treatment thinking of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors-constitution-zang-fu viscera-acupuncture, while taking constitution as the intermediary,zang-fu viscera as the core, using the theory of Yunqi to expound from the perspective of suiyun, keqi and so on, the acupuncture treatment and diseases prevention can be effectively guided.
