摘要
氮气是一种惰性气体,在化工生产过程通常被作为可燃介质储罐、反应器、换热器和输送管线等的吹扫、置换和气密介质。本文通过对液氮后各系统储存能力的分析,指出为保障装置安全,减少经济损失,增加液氮后备系统储存能力的必要性。
Nitrogen, an inert gas, is commonly used as purge, displacement, and gas-tight medium for combustible medium storage tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, and conveying pipelines in chemical production process. By analyzing the storage capacity of liquid nitrogen backup system, it is pointed out that it is necessary to increase the storage capacity of liquid nitrogen backup system in order to ensure the safety of the plant and reduce economic loss.
