海岛生活垃圾处置方式的评价模型研究

摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国加大了海洋开发力度,海洋环境也日益受到重视,海岛是海洋的重要组成部分,构成了海洋生态系统的重要一环。我国每年投入大量资金保护海岛环境,同我国大陆城市相比,海岛自然环境条件特殊,基础设施相对落后,交通运输不便,海岛生活垃圾处置无法简单照搬城市生活垃圾处置的经验。通过分析生活垃圾处置方式得到评价指标,运用层次分析法求得指标权重,采用模糊决策法对指标评判,构建出海岛生活垃圾处置方式评价模型。对外伶仃岛垃圾处置方式进行评价,所得结果与实际考察相符,该模型可以排除海岛间差异,适用范围广,对于海岛环境保护具有实际参考价值。
Since the beginning of the 21st century,China has increased its efforts in marine development. The marine environment is receiving increasing attention and the island is an important part of the ocean. Compared with the inland cities,the infrastructure is backward and the water content of the solid waste is relatively high. These unique factors make the disposal of the island garbage unable to completely copy the experience of municipal solid waste(MSW) treatment. In order to construct an evaluation model for island domestic waste disposal methods,evaluation indicators were obtained by analyzing waste disposal methods,index weights were obtained by using an analytic hierarchy process,and evaluation indicators were measured by a fuzzy decision. Wailingding island waste disposal methods were evaluated by the model and it is found that the results obtained from the evaluation are consistent with the actual investigation. The model can eliminate the differences between islands and has a wide range of applications,it has practical reference value for island environmental protection.
