摘要
针对柴油加氢装置汽提塔顶石脑油总硫含量高的现状,分析汽提塔顶系统的腐蚀情况,从现场采样进行加氢石脑油和塔顶冷凝水的实验室常温静态全浸腐蚀挂片试验,同时对汽提塔顶涉及的12条管线定期定点测厚,并依据汽提塔冷凝水的分析结果,提出了切实可行的措施,从而保证了装置的连续运行。
The corrosion condition of diesel hydro-treating(DH) stripping tower top system was analyzed in view of the high sulfur content in DH naphtha. The test was carried out under room temperature in which the metal sheets were static totally immersed by the naphtha and condensate water sample taken from the equipment site, at the same time, the thickness of 12 pipes that involved in the stripping tower top system were measured, as well as based on the analysis results of condensate water, some practical measures were proposed and were taken in order to make the DH unit running continuously.
