摘要

近年来,随着国内丙烯腈市场竞争加剧及消费结构的变化,客户对产品质量的要求日趋提高,从多方面分析原因,实施优化措施,提升产品质量稳定性,提高客户满意度。
        In recent years, with the intensification of competition in the domestic acrylonitrile market and changes in the consumption structure, customers' requirements for product quality have been increasing day by day, and there have been repeated "qualified but unusable" quality complaints. In view of this situation, enterprises analyze the reasons from various aspects, implement optimization measures and improve the stability of product quality, in order to increase customer satisfaction.
