丁林宝以仲景法治更年期失眠例举

摘要
更年期综合征是女性常见病及多发病,对女性生活质量造成严重影响。孟河医派在治疗该病时常采用疏肝、清肝、暖肝、柔肝等治法从肝论治。孟河传人丁林宝主任认为更年期失眠病机常常夹杂着心火旺盛、肝郁不疏、脾虚忧思,治疗该病时不能单纯调补肾中阴阳,应予疏肝、清心、健脾之法以求标本兼顾。
Climacteric syndrome is a common and frequently occurring disease in women,which has a serious impact on the life quality of women.In the treatment of this disease,Menghe medical school often treats liver diseases by soothing the liver,clearing away the liver,warming the liver and softening the liver.Director Ding Linbao,an inheritor from Menghe,thinks that the pathogenesis of menopausal insomnia is often accompanied by vigorous heart-fire,liver depression,spleen deficiency and melancholy.In the treatment of menopausal insomnia,Yin and Yang in the kidney can not be simply regulated,but the methods of soothing the liver,clearing the heart and strengthening the spleen should be given to both the specimen and the spleen.
