摘要
受成本、需求等多种因素影响,目前北京基坑开挖深度大多在15m左右。但随着用地成本的逐渐提高,人们对地下空间的需求日益增长,基坑开挖深度越来越深将是必然趋势。由于开挖深度超过20m的超深基坑还不太常见,因此积累超深基坑的监测数据非常重要。文章依托北京市一个开挖深度为28m的超深基坑的监测数据,对其桩顶水平位移及竖向位移进行分析,为以后类似基坑设计施工提供参考。
Due to various factors such as cost and demand, the excavation depth of Beijing's foundation pit is mostly 15m. However, with the gradual increase of land cost, the demand for underground space is increasing day by day, and the deeper and deeper excavation will become an inevitable trend. As the deep foundation pit with a depth exceeding 20m is not very common, it is very important to accumulate the monitoring data of the super deep foundation pit. Based on the monitoring data of a super deep foundation pit with a depth of 28m in Beijing, this paper analyses the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the pile top, and provides a reference for the design and construction of the foundation pit in the future.
