摘要

教育职能是否得到有效发挥对高校图书馆的建设具有重要意义,作为高校图书馆工作者应该了解图书馆的教育职能,在工作中具备一定的职业素质,才能更好地为读者服务。本文就图书馆的教育职能及图书馆工作者的职业素质概略作论述。
        Whether the educational function is effectively played is of great significance to the construction of University Library, as the university library workers should understand the educational function of the library and have certain professional quality in the work, in order to serve the readers better. This paper briefly discusses the educational function of library and the professional quality of librarians.
