摘要

基于"工作室"为载体的高素质涂料人才培养模式一改过去传统教育的"灌输式"模式,以实践和应用技术能力为主线、实际项目任务为驱动,使学生综合职业能力得到提升。江西科技师范大学涂料与高分子系努力建设"工作室"制实践教学平台,积极探索和实践"工作室"制高素质涂料人才培养模式,取得了一定成效。
        The teaching method of the studio system has changed from the traditional instilling teaching method and it will pay more attentions on the practical and applied skills development of students with the "Project Task Driven",therefore the quality and ability of students have been improved.The department of coatings and polymeric materials,Jiangxi Science& Technology Normal University explores the application and practice of the studio system in the coating engineer cultivation and builds the studio system practice platform.
