创新配电网运维检修管理的有效对策

摘要
指出了配电网运维检修管理存在的不足,结合工作实例,就创新配电网运维检修管理提出了对策,主要包括:构建自动化管理体系、落实配电网运维检修措施、重视运维检修指标管控、实现运维检修过程规范化、注重现代信息技术利用、提高运维检修管理人员素质等方面。实际应用表明,采取上述措施,不仅提升了配电网检修管理水平,确保配电网检修工作质量,还提高了工作人员的综合技能。
This paper points out the shortcomings of the operation and maintenance management and maintenance of distribution network. Combining with the engineering examples, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the operation and maintenance of the distribution network, including the construction of automatic management system, the implementation of distribution network maintenance measures and maintenance indicators control, to achieve standardized operation and maintenance process, pay attention to the use of modern information technology to improve the quality of maintenance personnel and so on. The practical application shows that taking these measures not only improves the management level of the distribution network, ensures the quality of the distribution network, but also improves the comprehensive skills of the staff.
