HPLC法测定调经活血胶囊中木香烃内酯与去氢木香内酯含量

摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定调经活血胶囊中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速为0.8 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为225 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:木香烃内酯在0.024～0.972μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为103.56%,RSD=0.97%(n=6);去氢木香内酯在0.038～3.840μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为95.57%,RSD=1.78%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于调经活血胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Tiaojing Huoxue capsules. Methods: An Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the column temperature of 35℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (60 ∶ 40). The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min~(-1). Results: The linear range of costunolide was 0.024-0.972 μg (r = 1.000 0). The average recovery of costunolide was 103.56% with the RSD of 0.97% (n = 6). The linear range of dehydrocostus lactone was 0.038-3.840 μg (r = 1.000 0). The average recovery of dehydrocostus lactone was 95.57% with the RSD of 1.78% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Tiaojing Huoxue capsules.
