中药及中成药薄层色谱鉴别检验中的问题分析

摘要
目的研究中药及中成药薄层色谱鉴别检验中存在的问题及其解决对策。方法综合分析中药及中成药薄层色谱鉴别检验中的问题,并结合既往研究和临床经验,提出相应的解决对策。结果中药及中成药薄层色谱鉴别检验中的问题有供试品溶剂选择、点样量、展开剂选择、样品处理以及操作等方面的问题,通过合理选用供试品溶剂与展开剂,严格按照相关的标准和流程对中药及中成药进行薄层色谱鉴别检验等措施,可有效提升中药及中成药薄层色谱鉴别检验的效果。结论针对中药及中成药薄层色谱鉴别检验中存在的供试品溶剂选择、点样量、操作以及展开剂选择等方面的内容,积极采取有效的措施进行干预,可确保鉴别检验结果的准确性。
        Objective To study the problems in TLC identification and testing of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine and their solutions. Methods The problems in TLC identification of Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine were comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward based on previous studies and clinical experience. Results The problems in traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine TLC identification test with solvent selection,the point of the test sample amount,choice of agents,sample processing and operating problems,through the reasonable selection of the solvent and expansion agent,in strict accordance with the relevant standards and process of traditional Chinese medicine and TLC identification test measures such as proprietary Chinese medicine,which can effectively improve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine TLC identification test. Conclusion In view of the existing in the traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine TLC identification test of solvent selection,the point of the test sample weight,the content of the operation and expansion agent to choose,and actively effective measures were taken to intervene,to ensure the accuracy of identification test results.
