摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种广泛存在于真核生物的非编码RNA,具有丰度高、结构稳定、高度保守及组织特异表达等性质。circRNA可作为微小RNA海绵、基因转录和表达的调控因子、RNA结合蛋白等,可能通过基因调控等功能与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。本文就circRNA的起源、性质、功能及其与肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
        Circular RNA(circRNA)is a kind of non-coding RNA that widely exists in eukaryote,with the characteristics of high abundance,stable structure,highly conservative property and tissue-specific expression.Being an miRNA sponge,regulatory factor of transcription and expression and RNA binding protein,circRNA is closely correlated with the development and progression of tumors by gene regulation.This paper reviews the research progress of the circRNA origin,property,function and relationship with tumors.
