基于SCP框架的中国种业市场结构实证研究

摘要
中国是种业大国,但不是种业强国。文章运用SCP框架对中国种业市场结构、行为、绩效现状进行研究,实证分析中国种业市场绩效与结构和行为之间的关系。研究结果表明:中国种业市场为竞争型市场,进出入壁垒较低;种子企业为市场价格的接受者,企业创新能力不强,兼并重组不断;从整体上看资源配置效率较高,但是地区差异明显。
China is a giant but not a power in the seed industry. This paper studies the market structure,behavior and performance of China's seed industry using the SCP theory framework,and empirically analyzes the relationship between the market performance and structure and behavior of China's seed industry. The results show that( 1) the Chinese seed market is a competitive one with low entry barriers;( 2) seed enterprises are the recipients of the market price,so the enterprise innovation ability is not strong,while the merger and reorganization is constant;( 3) the resource allocation is efficient on the whole,but the regional difference is obvious.
