婴幼儿米粉中磷含量测定方法的探讨

摘要
比较及建立检测婴幼儿米粉中磷含量的方法。参考GB 5009.87—2016"食品安全国家标准食品中磷的测定"的方法,比较湿法消解-钒钼酸铵法、干法消解-钒钼酸铵法、微波消解-钒钼酸铵法以及微波消解-ICP法对婴幼儿米粉中磷含量的测定结果。结果表明,分别采用湿法消解、干法消解和微波消解前处理样品,经钒钼酸铵法对标准物质各进行6次测定,测定均值分别为265.506,266.608和274.072 mg/100 g,三者差异不显著(p>0.05),且微波消解-钒钼酸铵法测定食品中磷标准曲线线性范围为:0~25μg/m L(r=0.999 9),其样品在加标浓度1.40~4.92 mg/g范围下测得加标回收率为96.29%~109.41%,精密度为2.0%(N=6),方法检出限为1.470 mg/100 g。另外,微波消解-钒钼酸铵法较微波消解-ICP法数据准确。微波消解-钒钼酸铵法准确、快速,重复性好,并且得出该方法适合于婴幼儿米粉中磷含量测定。
        The method of the content of phosphorus in infant rice flour was compared and established. The method of GB 5009.87—2016 "National Food Safety Standard Determination of Phosphorus in Foods" was adopted. The results of the content of phosphorus in the samples treated by wet digestion-ammonium vanadate method, dry digestion-ammonium vanadate method and microwave digestion-vanadium molybdate method were compared. The results of samples were digested by wet digestion and microwave digestion. The mean values of the standard substances were 265.506, 266.608 and 274.072 mg/100 g, respectively. There was no significant difference(p>0.05) about them. The latter measured results about the calibration curve were linear in the range of 0-25 μg/m L(r=0.999 9). The recoveries were 96.29%-109.41% in the range of 1.40-4.92 mg/g, and the precision was 2.0%(N=6). The detection limit was 1.470 mg/100 g. In addition, the microwave digestion-vanadium molybdate method was more accurate than microwave digestion-ICP. Microwave digestion-ammonium molybdate method was accurate, rapid and reproducible, and could be used for the determination of phosphorus in infant rice flour.
