去骨瓣减压术后早期颅骨修补的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的分析去骨瓣减压术后早期颅骨修补的临床疗效。方法收取我院36例颅脑损伤患者,收取时间在2012年10月—2017年2月,并将颅脑损伤患者分为两组,对照组18例患者在去骨瓣减压术后进行常规颅骨修补治疗,观察组18例患者在去骨瓣减压术后进行早期颅骨修补治疗,将两组手术治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者手术后继发性癫痫有1例、皮下积液有1例、切口感染有1例、并发症发生率16.67%低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤患者去骨瓣减压术后早期实施颅骨修补术,对患者具有显著效果,能减少并发症,促进康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cranioplasty at the early stage after decompressive craniectomy. Methods Collected 36 craniocerebral injury patient from October 2012 to February 2017,they were divided into two groups, control group with 18 patients were underwent routine cranioplasty after decompressive craniectomy, observation group with 18 patients were underwent cranioplasty at the early stage after decompressive craniectomy, two groups of surgical treatment were compared. Results There were 1 case of secondary epilepsy in the observation group, 1 case of subcutaneous hydrops, 1 case of incision infection, and the incidence of complications was 16.67%, which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early cranioplasty after decompressive craniectomy is effective for patients with traumatic brain injury. It can reduce complications and promote rehabilitation.
