摘要
目的:分析外科教学存在的问题,提出提高外科教学水平的建议。方法:进行教学模式改革:灵活运用基于问题导向的教学(PBL)、互动式教学和启发式教学等多种方法。以临床技能为核心,将教学内容与临床外科病例相结合,通过以问题引导,启发互动教学,提高学生的学习兴趣,达到掌握知识和技能的目的。加强外科师资素质建设,提高教学水平。提供医患沟通培训课程促进学生医患沟通能力的提高。结果:通过加强理论联系实践,促进了学生更好地掌握基本知识、基本理论,并能培养和提高医患沟通交流能力与技巧。结论:教学模式改革能更好地提高外科教学水平并实现医学生能力培养目标。
        Objective:To analyze the problems existing in surgical teaching, and put forward some suggestions to improve surgical teaching.Methods:The reform of teaching model: Problem-based learning model(PBLL), interactive teaching method and heuristic teaching method were applied flexibly. The cultivation of medical students takes clinical skills as the core which can improve students' interest in learning. Strengthening the construction of surgical teachers, combining teaching contents with clinical surgical cases, and sharing teaching experience together were important.There should be enough training courses to promote the improvement of students' doctor-patient communication ability. Results:By strengthening the combination of theory and practice, the students can better grasp the basic knowledge and theory, which would improve their interest in learning. Teachers should strengthen their teaching consciousness and teaching level, cultivate and improve students' ability of communication between doctors and patients.Conclusion:The reform of teaching mode can promote the medical students' ability as well as improve the teaching level of teachers.
