摘要
介绍了对既有建筑浙江上虞某风机厂原风机实验室进行改造利用的方法。在原有结构不能满足现在使用功能的情况下,结合新老建筑特点,在建筑内部建立一套新的结构。新建结构采用钢格构框架。在钢格构梁上设置X形缀条,满足设备管线要求。在格构梁和格构柱交点设置X形缀条,加强节点刚度。
        It introduces some structure reforming measures for the transformation and utilization of the original ventilator laboratory in Shangyu City Zhejiang Province. This is a renovation project with new characteristics of architecture. Considering the requirement of building's new function and the old structure's unreliable performance; new structure system with latticed steel frame was designed inside the existing building. X-shape lacing bar was applied to the beam-column connection of the latticed steel frame structure as a joint stiffness reinforcement measure. In this project, enough pipeline space should be provided by the latticed steel frame.X-shape lacing bar was also used to strengthen the latticed beam.
