摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺叶全切术治疗甲状腺结节的效果。方法:收治甲状腺结节患者196例,分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用甲状腺叶次全切术治疗,试验组采用全切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组的手术时间、出血量、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率和复发率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺叶全切术治疗甲状腺结节的效果显著,并发症发生率与复发率较低,术后恢复时间较短。
        Objective:To explore the effect of total thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:196 patients with thyroid nodules were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with subtotal resection of thyroid lobes.The experimental group was treated with total resection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,the amount of bleeding,the time of hospitalization,the cost of hospitalization,the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of total thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules was significant,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were low,and the recovery time was shorter.
