探究2μm激光光汽化术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效

摘要
目的探究电汽化术与经尿道国产2μm激光光汽化术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月—2017年2月来我院治疗并确诊为前列腺增生的患者120例,随机分为研究组(2μm激光手术治疗组)60例和对照组(电汽化术治疗组)60例。观察患者的手术的时间以及术后1个月、3个月的IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PVR评分;两组患者的术后住院时间、手术期间相关因素及留置导尿管时间;统计术后并发症的发生率。结果研究组与对照组患者在术后1、3个月IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PVR评分均较手术前明显好转,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组患者在术后住院时间、术后血清钠离子减少、术后血红蛋白降低和术后留置导管时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道国产2μm激光汽化术对前列腺增生的治疗效果与TUVP比效果同样显著,但是安全性更高、术后恢复更快。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrosurgery and transurethral 2 μm laser photocoagulation on benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were randomly divided into study group(2 μm laser surgery group) and control group(60 cases). The time of operation and the IPSS, QOL, Qmax and PVR scores at 1 month and 3 months postoperatively were observed. The postoperative hospital stay, operative factors and catheterization time were recorded in both groups. The postoperative complications incidence of disease were studied. Results The scores of IPSS, QOL, Qmax and PVR in study group and control group were significantly improved at 1, 3 months after operation compared with that before operation(P﹤0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The postoperative hospital stay, postoperative serum sodium, postoperative hemoglobin and postoperative catheterization were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P﹤0.05). The postoperative complications incidence in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion Transurethral domestic 2 μm laser vaporization has the same effect on TGPP as TUVP, but it has higher safety and faster postoperative recovery.
