神经外科老年患者多模式联合术前心理护理效果评价

摘要
目的探讨多媒体技术、情景模拟及放松训练相结合的多模式术前心理护理在神经外科老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取复旦大学附属华东医院神经外科2018年5月—2018年7月行择期手术老年患者,设为对照组;选取2018年8月—2018年11月行择期手术老年患者分为观察组,2组各40例。对照组采用神经外科术前护理常规,观察组在此基础上将多媒体技术、情景模拟及放松训练多模式联合运用于患者术前心理护理,比较2组入手术室后5 min的血压、心率及SAS评分。结果观察组SAS评分、手术室5 min收缩压及心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多媒体技术、情景模拟及放松训练多模式联合运用于老年神经外科患者术前心理护理是有效且可行的,有利于改善焦虑和生理应激反应。
Objective To evaluate the effect of multimode mental nursing during the period on elder neurosurgery patients. Methods The 80 elder patients randomly into the control group(n=40) and experimental group(n=40). The experimental group adopted the multimode mental nursing which includes multimedia health education,scenario simulation and psychological relaxation, the control group adopted the normal mental nursing before neurosurgery. Using the SAS scale evaluation the patients' preoperative anxiety and in operation room anxiety. Record the patients' HR and BP preoperative and in operation room. Results The experimental group SAS scoring,HR and SBP in operation is typically lower than the control group. Conclusions Multimode mental nursing can be effective in reducing anxiety,HR and SBP in operation room.
