2016-2018年凉山州喜德县肺结核病例HIV合并感染情况分析

摘要
目的了解2016-2018年凉山州彝族自治州喜德县肺结核(tuberculosis,TB)病例中艾滋病病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)感染状况,为喜德县防治结核合并艾滋病双重感染工作提供科学指导和依据。方法已确诊肺结核病例采集血清用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测HIV抗体,初筛阳性者进行免疫印迹(WB)确认实验,采用SPSS 18. 0软件进行χ~2检验,检验水准α=0. 05。结果 726例肺结核患者检出48例HIV抗体阳性,HIV感染率为6. 61%,48例TB/HIV双感患者中,男性为36例; 20～59岁年龄组43例;彝族48例;农民43例。结论凉山州喜德县结核病患者的HIV感染率较高,结核合并HIV双重感染患者以男性、文化水平低的青壮年为主。
Objective To understand the HIV infection status of tuberculosis( TB) cases in Xide county of Liangshan Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture from 2016 to 2018,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of TB complicated with HIV in Xide county. Methods The serum samples of confirmed TB cases were collected and tested for HIV antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). The positive cases were screened for WB confirmation test. SPSS 18. 0 was used to χ~2 alaly ze,α =0. 05. Results Among 726 tuberculosis patients,there were 48 cases showed positive for HIV antibody,the HIV infection rate was 6. 61%. Among 48 TB complicated with HIV patients,36 were males,43 were in the age group of 20-59 years old,all of them were Yi nationality and 43 of them were peasants. Conclusion The HIV infection rate of TB patients in Xide county is high,and the young and middle-aged Yi nationality men with low educational level should be considered as the key objects of TB complicated with HIV prevention and treatment in Xide county.
