摘要
CCUS技术是一种减少温室气体排放及利用的技术,它是解决全球气候变化的重要手段之一,它的发展及广泛应用对建立清洁低碳的能源体系,倡导绿色低碳的生活方式以及推动国家可持续发展,实现绿色发展进程都有积极的意义。为我国在2030年排放达到顶峰后的去峰问题提早考虑技术支撑,需要进一步深化CCUS的研究和发展。文中针对CCUS的技术特点与其他减排技术进行了比较,介绍了CCUS的应用范围和情况,对我国CCUS项目的发展现状和趋势进行分析,阐述了其面临的经济、技术、环境和政策等方面的问题和挑战。经分析总结,目前大规模发展CCUS项目的时机还不成熟,需要政府层面制定CCUS发展规划,探索有利于发展CCUS的财政政策,加强国际合作,积累全流程的工程经验和技术数据,是CCUS发展的必由之路。
        Carbon capture, utilization, and storage(CCUS)technology has the potential to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With large-scale development and application,CCUS can contribute significantly to establishing a decarbonised economy and promoting sustainable development of the country. In order to meet the goal of peaking greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, it is necessary to expand research and development of CCUS. This paper compared the technical characteristics of CCUS with other emission reduction technologies, analyzed the current scope of CCUS deployment and development in China, and described the economical,technological, environmental, and political issues regarding CCUS. Presently, the time for large-scale development of CCUS projects is not yet ripe in China. Hence, to develop CCUS technologies, it is necessary for government to formulate CCUS development plans, explore fiscal policies conducive to CCUS development, strengthen international collaboration on CCUS research, and accumulate technical expertise for CCUS supply chains.
