摘要

视频人像检验近年来成为公安业务工作中的热点和难点。由于犯罪嫌疑人的反侦察意识逐渐提高,单纯利用人像的静态特征分析很难进行人身的比对识别。本文通过设计臂、腿动态特征实验,以及通过侦查实际工作的例证验证视频人像动态特征检验的可行性。视频人像动态特征检验可为视频侦查工作提供有力的帮助。
        In recent years, video portrait test has become a hotspot and difficulty in the work of public security.As the criminal suspect's anti-reconnaissance consciousness gradually increases, it is difficult to carry out personal comparison and identification of the static features of portraits. In this paper, the feasibility of the dynamic feature test of video portraits is verified by designing the experiment of the dynamic characteristics of the arms and legs, as well as the example of the investigation. Video portrait dynamic feature inspection can provide powerful help for video surveillance.
