摘要
目的:探索公立医院院长管理团队绩效工资年薪制的实施。方法:系统介绍北京市某区在公立医院薪酬制度改革试点中,实行院长管理团队绩效工资年薪制的概念、实施范围、结构体系、管理团队的考评、监管等做法。结果:突出考核先行的院长管理团队绩效工资年薪制,有利于形成管理合力。结论:院长管理团队绩效工资年薪制是对院长年薪制的创新,是公立医院薪酬制度改革的重要组成部分,能够为公立医院薪酬制度改革提供一个参考模式。
Objectives: To explore the implementation of president management team annual performance salary system in public hospital. Methods: Concept, scope, construction, management team assessment and supervision of annual performance salary system on president management team in a public hospital in Beijing had been introduced. Results: It showed that assessment based president management team in a public hospital could help improving hospital management. Conclusions: President management team in a public hospital is an innovation on president annual salary system and an important part of compensation reform in public hospital. This mode has given a reference mode for public hospital compensation reform.
