摘要
针对莱钢钢水中的硅元素、磷元素及温度对复吹转炉脱磷效果的影响进行了分析,根据分析结果针对性的提出了优化控制方案,为提升复吹转炉脱磷效果,提高钢铁制品的质量水平具有十分重要的意义。
The influence of silicon, phosphorus and temperature in m olten steel on dephosphorization effect of combined blowing converter at Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. was analyzed. According to the analysis results, the optimal control scheme was put forward. It is of great significance to improve dephosphorization effect of combined blowing converter and quality level of steel products.
