摘要
目的:探讨紫草对房颤模型大鼠的心房颤动的发生及发展的作用及相关机制。方法:大鼠通过尾静脉连续给乙酰胆碱-氯化钙(Ach-CaCl_2)造模。第6天开始,紫草组予紫草汤药灌胃,胺碘酮组予胺碘酮溶液灌胃,空白组和模型组予生理盐水灌胃。于第14天进行心电图检查并记录房颤的诱发时间及持续时间,之后,超声心电图检查以记录左房面积(LA area)、射血分数(EF%)、左室舒张末径(LVDD)、左室收缩末径(LVDS),以评估紫草对模型大鼠的心脏重构和功能的影响。结果:1.紫草降低心房颤动大鼠的心房颤动诱发率并缩短了心房颤动的持续时间;2.紫草使心房颤动大鼠的心房重构改善,表现为左房面积和左室内径的减小,但对EF值无明显影响。
Objects: This study aimed to investigate whether Radix Arnebiae could improve the atrial fibrillation in rats. Method: The model of atrial fibrillation in rats was established by Ach-CaCl_2 solutions through tail vein injection. Since the 6-th day,,the Radix Arnebiae herb soup and Amiodarone solution were administered via gavage, separately. The vehicle group and model group were treated with 0.9% Naclsoulution. Twenty days later, electrocardiograph were used to record ECG, the AF duration time and the AF induced frequency After, the echocardiograms were used to examine the LA area、EF、LVDD and LVDS. Conclusion: Radix Arnebiae can reduce the morbidity and duration of atrial fibrillation in rats. Radix Arnebiae can also improve the LA area 、LVDD、LVDS in rats, except EF.
