20世纪二三十年代德国汉堡港油污污染问题研究

摘要
作为"通往世界大门"的汉堡港是当今世界生态环境保护最好的港口之一,而在20世纪二三十年代,因为汉堡港雷纳尼亚炼油厂(Rhenania-Werke)和埃巴诺沥青厂(Ebano-Asphalt-Werke)油污的严重排放,污染事件不断升级,从而给汉堡港带来了恶劣的环境影响,也对周边居民的健康造成了较大的危害。作为德国工业生产的主要污染源,汉堡港的油污污染为德国环境史研究提供了经典案例,值得深入研究挖掘。
Hamburger Port,"the door to the world",is one of the most eco-friendly ports in the world. However,due to the discharges of oil stains from the Rena Refinery and the Ebono Asphalt Plant,pollution kept on escalating,which affected the environment in Hamburger Port,and brought great harm to the health of residents living nearby. As the main source of pollution of industrial production in Germany,the pollution of oil stains provides classical cases for studies on German environmental history,and deserves to be explored in detail.
