摘要
美国中部州协会初等和中等学校委员会对生涯与技术学校的认证标准是不断修订的,修订建立在三项标准与这四项审查的基础之上,最新的认证标准是2012年修订完善的。认证标准包括基础指标和运作指标两大类,其中基础指标涉及使命、治理与领导、规划、财务、设施设备与材料、校风、组织和员工、健康与安全、信息技术资源等8项认证标准。运作指标包括教育项目、学生学习的评估和证明、学生服务、学生生活与活动等4项认证标准。认证标准具有"一"与"多"的统一、强调多方合作、鲜明的职业教育特色、以学生发展为中心的特点。
        MSA-CESS has continuously revised the accreditation standards for career and technical schools based on three standards and four reviews, and the latest accreditation standards are revised and improved in 2012. The accreditation standards include two categories: foundational standards and operational standards. Foundational standards include: mission, governance and leadership, institutional planning, finance, equipment and material, school spirit, organization and staff, health and safety,information and technology resources. The operational standards include: educational program, assessment and evidence of student learning, student service, student life and activities. The accreditation standards have the characteristics of the unification of "one" and "multiple", emphasis on multi-party cooperation, distinctive vocational education, and students' development-centeredness.
