摘要
用PLC替换固高三容液位系统中的控制平台,搭建了基于OPC技术的PLC和MATLAB的水箱液位控制系统。该方案可以用PLC直接控制液位;也可以把MATLAB作为客户端,PLC作为服务器,利用OPC技术完成两者间的实时数据交换,实现水箱液位控制。结果表明OPC能够结合PLC实时控制的优点,将MATLAB用于实际过程控制。
The control platform of Googol three-tank level control system is replaced by PLC, and water tank water level control system of MATLAB and PLC based on OPC is built. In this scheme, the control can be implemented directly by plc, or can also be realized by regarding MATLAB as the client, PLC as the server, and using OPC technology to complete real-time data exchange between the two. The results show that the OPC can combine the advantages of PLC real-time control and apply MATLAB to actual process control.
