三才配穴法的临床研究进展

摘要
三才配穴法是将三才思想运用于针灸选穴的一种配穴法,具有取穴少、高效、安全、无副作用等特点。查阅近20年以来临床运用三才配穴法的相关文献,发现三才配穴法主要用于中风后遗症、乳腺增生等病证的治疗。同时,现代三才配穴法在理论上有所创新,不再拘泥于涌泉、璇玑、百会三穴,但关于三才配穴法的治疗机制尚未清楚,有待于进一步的研究,以促进临床上的推广应用。
Sancai acupoint method is a combination method,which applies the thought of three types in acupoint selection,and is characterized by fewer acupoints,high efficiency,safety and no side effects. After reviewing the related literatures during the recent 20 years of clinical application,we find that Sancai acupoint is mainly used for the treatment of stroke,hyperplasia of mammary glands. Meanwhile,in theoretical innovation,modern three types of talent of adjunct acupuncture points were not limited to Yongquan( KI 1),Xuanji( RN21) and Baihui( DU 20),but the therapeutic mechanism underlining three types of talent of adjunct acupuncture points remains uncertain,and the further observation and study still await to promote the clinical popularization and application.
