摘要

目前华北石化公司S Zorb装置正常运行时由DCS和LMS进行实时控制,出现紧急情况时由SIS系统实施联锁控制。但以上系统不能提前发现异常工况,导致人工操作负荷增大,操作波动也相对较大。为了保证装置平稳生产,优化操作,公司实施了智能化操作优化与管理系统项目,取得了良好的效果。
        At present, the petrochemical industries of SZorb device in North China is running in real time by DCS and LMS. In case of emergency, interlocking control is implemented by SIS system. However, the above system can not find abnormal conditions ahead of time, resulting in increased manual workload and relatively large fluctuation in operation. In order to ensure the smooth production of the plant and optimize operation, the company has implemented intelligent operation optimization and management system project, and achieved good results.
