摘要
利用管道进行长距离输水和调水是水利工程设计中经常采用的工程措施,由于阀门突然关闭和事故停泵,会导致压力管道中产生非恒定流而导致关阀水锤和停泵水锤的产生,危及管道及管道附属设施的安全。以花都区炭步镇农田灌溉工程为例,基于Bentley Hammer软件,对长距离输水管道瞬态水锤进行分析计算。结果表明:对双机组泵站而言,最不利工况发生在双泵同时停机时,针对管道及附属构筑最不利情况进行优化设计不仅可以保证工程安全,也可以节约工程投资。
        The use of pipelines for long-distance water transportation and water transfer is an engineering measure often used in the design of hydraulic engineering. Due to the sudden closing of the valve and the suspension of the pump, the non-constant flow in the pressure pipeline will result in the valve closing water hammer and the pump-stop water hammer. The emergence of the safety of pipelines and pipelines. Taking the farmland irrigation project in Tanbu Town, Huadu District as an example, based on the Bentley Hammer software, the transient water hammer of the water pipeline is analyzed and calculated over a long distance. The results show that for the dual-unit pumping station, the most unfavorable working conditions occur when the two pumps are shut down at the same time. Optimizing the design for the most unfavorable conditions of the pipeline and the auxiliary structure can not only ensure the safety of the project, but also save the engineering investment.
