摘要
以水压三用阀阀芯为研究对象,在阀芯表面设置微造型形貌。采用基于N-S方程的CFD方法分析微造型的动压润滑特性,分析微造型间隙、阀芯移动速度与微造型形貌等因素对阀芯表面承载力特性的影响。研究结果表明:在阀芯表面加工微造型能产生动压润滑效果;阀芯移动速度越大承载力越小;微造型上、下壁面承载力方向随着微造型间隙H_0增大而改变。
Taking the three-function valve core of water hydraulic as the research object, the microtexturing is processed on the surface of the valve core. The CFD method based on N-S equation is used to analyze the hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of micro-texturing, and the influence of microtexturing clearance, valve core movement speed and micro-texturing morphology on the bearing capacity characteristics of the valve core. The results show that the micro-texturing of the surface of the valve core can produce dynamic pressure lubrication effect; the larger the moving speed of the valve core, the smaller the bearing capacity; the bearing capacity direction of upper and lower wall in microtexturing changes with the increases of micro-texturing clearance H_0.
