摘要
为降低渤海某边际油田开发与投资风险,确定油田的生产能力并掌握生产变化规律,采用延长测试技术对该油田进行了动态勘探评价。在施工过程中,分别从油气处理系统、油轮系泊系统、原油外输系统、资料录取系统等方面进行创新实践,实现了地层流体的三相分离和外输,处理后原油含水不高于1wt%。作业期间通过随输随靠的原油外输模式,顺利完成48次原油外输,每6 h提取一次井下压力数据,对压力资料进行实时解释,并结合储层的动、静态资料及时调整生产制度。应用表明,延长测试新技术可取全取准测试地质资料,对比沙河街组和潜山储层的静态和动态特征,证实沙河街储层的连通性和潜山的储量规模。渤海油田的延长测试作业模式为边际小油田的开发提供了可借鉴的技术和经验。
        In order to reduce the development and investment risk,determine the production capacity and understand the production change law of a marginal oilfield in the Bohai Sea,the extended testing technology was used to evaluate dynamic exploration in this oilfield. During the operations,through innovation of oil and gas treatment system,tanker mooring system,crude oil transportation system and data acquisition system,the three-phase separation and transportation of formation fluids were realized,and the water content of crude oil after treatment was not higher than 1 wt%. Based on the mooring upon crude oil transportation mode,48 times of crude oil transportation were successfully completed. Downhole pressure data was acquired every 6 h; the pressure data was interpreted in real time,and the production system was adjusted timely depending on the dynamic and static data of the reservoir. The application shows that the new extended test technology can obtain the geological data completely and accurately. By comparing the static and dynamic characteristics of Shahejie Formation and buried-hill reservoirs,the connectivity of Shahejie Formation and the reserves scale of buriedhill reservoir were confirmed. The extended test in the Bohai oilfield provides the technical and practical reference for the development of small marginal oilfields.
